The names of the demonstrators are followed by an N or A, showing whether they are National or Area Demonstrators.  Area Demonstrators names are annotated with the year they passed the test.  Trainee demonstrators are also listed.

Linda is proud to be an Area demonstrator. Her interests other than flowers are painting, gardening, pottery, clay shooting and fly fishing. Her aim as a demonstrator is simply to inspire and continue in this pursuit for as long as possible as she is now cancer free. She aims to give members an entertaining, informative, relaxed demonstration.

Barbara is a National Teacher, Area Demonstrator and Member of New Visions. After training florists and teaching floral leisure courses for the last 25 years, Barbara is keen to continue enjoying flowers with like-minded folk.
Other interests are gardening, dog walking, church flowers, spending time with family including flying in light aircraft (as a passenger!) and more recently learning machine embroidery.

Dr. Christina Curtis is a member of Warnham Evening Flower Club. She is a qualified National Demonstrator (2002) and Adjudicator for Demonstrators' Tests. She served 3 years on the National Demonstrators Committee. Christina demonstrated at the AGM in Plymouth in 2010. Her titles are varied and she loves all styles of floral art. Her work incorporates all sorts of materials and Contemporary techniques including manipulation. Christina enjoys running and attending floral art workshops, collecting interesting plants, gardening, botanical research and crafts.

Sue has been a demonstrator for a number of years at Area and National level. This has been very enjoyable but with the continuing nightmare of the road network coupled with a recent move further away from main motorways her plan is to stay more local for demonstrating and is happy to demonstrate to smaller clubs.

Gill studied floristry in the late 1980s at Chichester College and then a further 3 years at Brinsbury College at Pulborough, gaining her City and Guilds in Flower Arrangement. She started demonstrating to clubs from the early 1980s. She has had her own floristry business since 2004 and qualified as a Area demonstrator in 2011. She has gained medals at the Chelsea Flower Show and has been placed at the Nationals and Area shows. Only available within 35 miles from PO21 3EQ

Michelle is happy to give online demonstrations for those Clubs that have their own Zoom account. Steven enjoys competition work and has been successful at many shows including the Chelsea Flower Show, winning many gold medals and twice Best in Show. He has twice represented the Sussex Area at the Designer of the Year competition.
His demonstrations have him taken to many destinations including, USA, Spain, Barbados and Ireland.

She has a love and enthusiasm for all things floral and enjoys sharing this with club members both in a live demonstration and virtually. Nina grew up in Finland with flowers and nature playing a vital part from the word go and a lot of her designs have a Nordic influence. She passed her demonstrator test in 2018 and relishes her time on the road bringing floral cheer far and wide.

Nina has run her own floral business, Floranina, for 20+ years and teaches floristry at adult education colleges as well as at other Sussex venues. She is also a volunteer flower arranger @ National Trust Nymans.

Having been a freelance writer since the late 90s, Nina has, for the past ten years, been involved with several floral magazines both as an editor and as a contributor, so it would be fair to say that flowers truly rule her world.

Her hobbies include gardening, theatre, photography, reading, as well as looking after five grandchildren.

Qualified Master Florist and has Level 4 Certificate in Floral Art and Design and Teaching Training Certificate. Has over 30 years interest in flowers and flower arranging. Works part time as a florist specialising in weddings and corporate customers and teaches flower arranging part time. Loves being creative and passionate about keeping skills fresh and regularly attends workshops and craft classes. Happy to demonstrate daytimes or evenings. Current Titles include: A Good Read, Flowers In Rhyme and Feels Like Christmas. New titles created annually.
